How to keep healthy

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health. You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly. In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us to build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. Third, I need to come back in the first of August to renew my visa, before that I should rent a house in Leicester .It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time, because I lived up to what I had planned.

Traveling is more and more popular in the modern world. It helps us open our eyes and learn knowledge about different places. So I think traveling is helpful for us. As the owner of the country ,it is everyone’s duty person with good manners ,Good manners are very important in our lives ,they help to get on well with each other .
A person with good manners is kind and polite , He does not laugh at people who they are in trouble .Instead,he tries to help them .He knows to help others means tohelp himself .He doesn’t jump the queue when getting on a bus or a train .On a bus he often affers his seats to an old man or a woman with a baby.He doesn’t interrupt other people when they are talking.He doesn’t spit or litter in public,either.

TOWN

My native town is X. We have settled down here since my grandfather was a child. In other words, my family has lived here for more than one hundred years.
It is a small village. there are about one thousand inhabitants. Most of them are farmers. The mode of their living is very simple. However, they have already possessed television sets and refrigerators. They made up their minds to live a modern life.

I went shopping yesterday,because she wanted to buy some daily necessities.I went to the nearest supermarket on foot.There're many kinds of goods in it,such as fruit,vegetables,meats, magazines,electrical equipment.I bought teeth-brushes,
towels,a basin,soaps and some foods.As holiday is coming, also bought a nice T-shirt for myself.After ONE-hour's shopping I got what we wanted and spent a happy afternoon.

　It's also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way， just look around here and there， maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you'd better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are！ There are still too many places we can go.

　　Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love knot to the natural mountains and rivers！

The Advantage of Bicycle Riding

Bicycle riding is especially good for health. It is good exercise. If you go to work by riding a bicycle instead of driving or taking a bus, you can have a better chance of getting enough exercise you need everyday. Bicycling is also good for our environment. It is less noisy and does not pollute the air. I am glad to have ridden a bicycle to school when I studied in the high school.

TV

　Many people think that TV can't teach you anything and most TV programs are just silly. True, there are a lot of shows that are anything but good. But if you watch, you will find that TV is still a powerful educational tool. With the emergence of the public TV in our country we now have more helpings of food for the mind. Take the travelogue "the world we live in" it provides us not only with vicarious travel experience but also with the histories and cultures of various nations. Spec live, what they wear and how they talk even though I can't afford to travel to those countries. My family often sit together to watch a program and discuss it afterward. Sometimes my parents ask us what we would do in a similar situation and this gives us the opportunity to rethink. We should not forget that TV can be an excellent teacher. In this era of mass media we believe that TV, if guided into the right channel, can really fire our imagination and contribute to family cohesion.

If you always have it， your health will be badly affected. There is the feeing that education today should be practical as well as theoretical. For this reason, there are many courses which teach a student how to do things: how to make a dress, how to prepare a meal, how to use a computer or a calculator, how to draw plans for a house. Last weekend

On last Saterday, my cousin asked to find a T-shirt of MU. So, I spend 40 mins to walk around in High cross. It made me feel sick , I really hate shopping. Suddenly, I spotted my friends, Zheng and Dannis came to me when they were finding a place to watch Angels and Demons. I showed them the way to a movie to exchange thr information about T-shirt, because I know Zheng is a big fan of MU. They suggested that they help me to find the right one and we watched the movie together. I accepted this suggestion. After that, I found this T-shirt which cost thirty pound including letters of a player's name and the number of this player. Finally, we watched this movie which was incredebly great, although the plot is a little different from the book.

Social Customs and Behavior

Social customs and ways of behaving change. Things which were considered impolite many years ago are now acceptable. To see a woman smoking in public today is not surprising, nor is it always 'ladies first' through doors, or on a crowded bus or train need the man give his seat to a woman. Customs also differ from country to country. The important thing to remember about social customs is not to do anything that might make other people feel uncomfortable, especially if they are your guests.

No Secondhand Smoke

It is very uncomfortable to inhale the smoke of a cigarette smoker. I know this for a fact, since my friend smokes a lot. When we are together in a a room, the smoke he exhales fills my lungs and also makes my eyes tear.If possible, smoking in public should be banned altogether, because it is unfair for non-smokers to go through the ordeal of breathing smoke-filled air. so it is very inconsiderate of people to smoke in front of others. In airplanes, people who smoke are separated from passengers who don't. For the sake of everybody's health, I think this should be done in other public places too.

English

Learning English is much more than a fashino; it is really a must! Let's take a look around us: the latest information around the world is written in or translated into English. To keep up with the ever-changing world, we must be equipped with a good command of English. From a more practical point of view, armed English is one of the most important required subjects for the university and high school entrance exam. Again we must study hard to score high in the subject.

two weeks in china

If you want to travel in China, Beijing must be first place to visit. Because most of airline company will arrive in this place. Beijing which is the capital city of our country and it is also a historic city. It has lots of traditional building which included Summer Palace.I'd recommend food here.The reason why I say that is there are four main types of food system in China and you can taste all kinds of food here. Personally, I wouldn't use bus or car for treval. Because the traffic of Beijing is terrible, traffic jam always happened.I suggest that you spend 4 days at here.

Next station will be Hang Zhou which is famous for natural environment-West lake. It is one of the most beautiful lake in th world. Another place which is worth to visit is Rock Garden. Full of rock statues are located in this gareden.But the visitor here is too crowded.Alothough this place is beautiful, it also a little boring, it means that 2 days is enough for here.

The last station is ChengDu which is worth to spend the days you last. When you arrive here, live in JinJiang hotel will make you feel convince to go everywhere. You can have great snack for breakfast and watch Chuan Opera in a traditional tea house
in the morning. Hot pot will be your lunch. If you want you climb a mountain which called QingCheng mountains will be the best to choose. There is a
Panda Saving Base which is on the way back to ChengDu from QingCheng mountains.

Movies and Books

Billions of dollars are spent on entertainment every year, in every country in the world. Much of this money is spent on either movies or fictional books, as these two types of entertainment are found to be most enjoyable by the masses. Which, however, is more enjoyable? I posit that these mediums cannot be compared so easily, as they both have their strong points in regards to entertainment.

Last weekends

Last weekend was quite normal. On Saturday ,I went to Waterstone to read some book. Obviously, the books around here were not very suitable for me. Because each book has a lot of unknown words for me. After that, I went shopping for our daily life. Every time I do that,it makes me want to suicide. Because all the bags are too heavy. There was a thing which was worth celebrating was that my roommate and I beat my friends in a competition. We have never won this game before. After this match, they had nothing to say, which means we win completely.I guess they lost their confidence, and they will never look down on us again.

Yesterday,Mr.Day let ueach of us choose a book to read rhe book i read was named Frankstain which is a fiction novel.The hero in this novel is scientist who thinks he has a terrible life.Because we didn't have enough time to finish, we only read chapter one and made a persentation .During his childhood, he wad happy, his family lived near a lake which was beautiful environment around them.Sadly,his mother died when he was going to do university courae in Genmany.At his univerity, his prefessor made him want to be a scientist.After that he took parts of people's bodies from grave to make a creature.In the end,he used a spark of eletricity to shock his body.Then this creature came alive.The creature scareed him,and he run out of his house.That is all i have read of in chapter one.

Daily life on Saterday

Last Saturday was the warmest day ever,the sun was shining all the time. I tried to find a post office to send a post to my friend.Although I have stayed here about 3 months, i am still a stranger of this city.On Friday,my friends told me there was a post office near railway station.I walked around railway station about 30 minutes and I didn't find it.I asked some local people where was the post office until a very kind man show me there was a post of in the town which is in the bottom of a book shop.I went to here and asked some information to find out how to send a post to other country.The system to send a post here is different from China.In China before people send a post to someone, the worker always check your post very careful and put it into a box make it more safety.However things is the opposite here,before we send it, they just let us write down what is your post.Maybe the reason why they do that is prefer to respect person's Private right.

I find crystal to discribe.
It look as through they are man-made but they are all natural objects.
To my opinion,crystal just a nice decoration.
But it is often use in science fiction.
For example, it can be use to stroage.

personal hobby

There are things that you can do to keep your self healthy. For example, brush your teeth well, so your gums will be healthy and you may not get any cave in your teeth; wash yourself regularly, so your skin will feel more comfortable and you will not get skin diseases so easy.Wearing clean clothes and shoes.Doing not eat food which is not clean; keep your house dry and clean,let your house get enough sunlight and fresh air. All these are part of your personal hygiene. Even with this minimum level of hygiene you will reduce disease more effectively than a group of doctors.

During my childhood, the only thing make me happy was play badminton with my friends.They were all learn how to play it well for a long time and that made them almost 'professional player'.The best moment is that I beat them completely which happened once in a blue moon.The second thing make me feel happy is that when people smile after they have dinner which I cook.There are also two things make me sad which are we have a appointment my friend late ,final examination as well.I am not good at take part in a examination whatever is for and how easy it is,I always lost.I also hate somebody is late for a apointment,it always annoy me and it always make me feel worry about this person.

　Last weekend when I was on the street a foreigner stopped me to ask directions. Even Though I listen to the English radio station quite Often, but when the man spoke I still had trouble listening to him; he spoke so fast! I was so excited And nervous that I to k a long breath before I could answer. Actually my mouth could not talk fast enough for all the words going through my head. I took my pen and a piece of paper out to draw a rough map for him. After a few short remarks of thanks he took my paper and left. Everything took place in ten minutes, but I felt this short exchange was the open of a bright new world to me.

The Holiday Of Easter

The last two week were holiday for Easter, two weeks for us is really long.During the holidays I just stay at home , cooking food, watching movies on my computer and making myself fater and fater.The only word to explain this holiday is lazy.I don't want to wake up.I don't want to go outside.But we still need food to stay alive,so,I went shopping three or four wimes a week. Going to the Market

I go to the market to buy us fresh meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables every other day. The market, which is a medium size one, is a ten minutes' walk from our falt. I like to watch the other shoppers around me. Sometimes I see old friends and stops to talk to them. Sometimes I eat a snack at one of a great many street booths there. Mostly I hope to find a nice sale on a good many items person display on the ground. Due to economic prosperity of the country many families like ours have money to buy small luxuries that the older generation did not see twenty years ago. I usually spends 0.5 hour at the market. Then I comes home to prepare dinner. After a afternoon shopping, I am always in a good mood.

I read an English newspaper for the first time. When I spread it out, I didn't know where to start. All the headlines confused me and the writing style of the articles was very different from that of what we usually read. However, after looking up the new words left and right in the dictionary, I finally made out the meaning more or less.

Summer

It is true that summer is hot, very hot. But the wicked summer sun is nothing to me, for I don't usually go out. What I like to do best during the long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read, but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading.My room maybe small, and the sun maybe hot, but I'm free, I'm happy, I'm really alive!In summer, the weather is hot, the air is humid, and the wind doesn't blow at all. I remember the last Sport meeeting.Though the weather wasn't very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.
This time, I was even more excited. Because my friends liu went in for the sports meeting and his item was high jump.
When I got to the field with my friend. I was more excited and nervous than my friend. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat. How high it was！ It was higher than our desks. I couldn't believe my eyes. This was too high for me to jump over. I wasn't nervous at that timewhile I was a bit worry about him.
　It show time . He had a deep breath and then ran towards. In front of the pole, he began to jump. Oh, no！ His right foot hit the pole. “I failed.”It was too painful.I asked him if this was terrible.He only shook his head.

I have a dream, I hope the school dining-room can provide us better food. I don’t think you will ask me why, I think we have the same idea! Long long ago, i had a friends miss ku who always have lunch with me.We saw few people buy the beef noodle, so we decided to buy that. Then we went to the counter and bought two bowls. I was very surprised to see that there were only three small pieces of beef in my noodle and five in miss ku. I asked the seller to give us more, but we failed. I asked the seller three times. At last, he gave miss ku two pieces. I promised that I wouldn’t eat beef noodle any more.At that time, I had that dream.

Punctuality

Punctuality is a good habit. It means that people do things at the arranged time and you will win others' trust.It is not serious if you are several minutes late, but it may cause a bad result. When others are late and you have waitd for a long time,you must be angry.At the same time if you are always not punctual, you will become lazier and lazier, even fail in the life.

My Computer in china

My father bought a computer as a birthday present for me last year. It becomes my best friend in my room. I'd like to play on the computer as soon as I get home. I am an oversea student from China. I know you do not know me , so ,let me give you some information about me. My favorite sport is badminton which I used to play in everyday after primary school. I would like to describe what I have done at last weekends.It seems like everyweek is simlar

Friday is the last workday of a week.I still woke up early.School is waiting for us.Maybe Friday is a lazy day,because we got five person late.Shopping is a serious thing which I have to do after school.The first thing I prefered after I arrived my house is cooking.

Saturday is one of lazy days,so I woke up at 10:00 am.Next, I chatted with my girlfriend and forgot to eat lunch.I decided to go for a walk due to it was a sunny day.I read "different season" which was written by Stephen King.At night,my girlfriend and I chatted again.We really missed each other.

Sunday for me is a "study day".I wrote an essay and sent it to Isra.And then I downloaded some videos from BBC which have subtitles.Before dinner time,I cooked again.

Most of time I stay at home at weekends,I might plan a day trip to another city.

Wonderful day in winter

Every day in my Winter , I always got up late. After that I listened to the music.Sometimes I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire.I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home.

Christy's Three Wishes

Once upon a time,there was a man called Christy lived in the countryside and he was a hard-working farmer.He worked hard every day for 30 years,but he never had any more money than the coins that he had in his pocket.

One day,Christy was working on his small farm,when suddenly he saw something moving in the long grass.Christy was brave but he was not stupid,so he walked forward slowly.He looked into the long grass,and he saw a tiny little man who was wearing a green hat.

The little man said,"Please don't kill me".

Christy was scard so he lifted his fist.

"If you don't kill me, I'll give you 3 wishes",said the little man.

Christy thought long and hard.

One hour later,he said,"First,I would like to be rick"After he said,his house was full of golden coins."Second, I would like to be young and full of energy forever."He became young and strong immidately."Third, I want another fairy come here."

The first thing i would like to say is that the"view"what i am going to say is not a serious view.
Okey,let me ask a question.Have you ever watch a movie called Final Fantasy?No?It is a catoon movie which made in Japan.The hero in this movie had gold short hair and green-blue eyes,he was a soldier in a company which had the most and main power to control the world.The heroess is a quite beautiful girl which has long black hair and black eyes.When she smile my breath were took away.Maybe you think i am kidding or babyhood.But i really sure she is the girl I have saw best ever

accident

It was a night,my father drived a car with my on autoroutemother and i.We had went to my grandparent'home that day.Because it was night and there were a few cars on the road,my father drived on the speed way and tried to be faster.Suddenly, the car bumped something,and i had no reaction about it ,so the seat which my father sat and my face had a big dump.At that time , my nose was blooding.My father let us get out of the car and tried to made it work.After that i made two question clearly,what we had jumped and what it is.We had bumped a truck which was breaking down and have no back-light.

yuan xiao day

Today is a tradional chinese festival,and we eat yuan xiao(a kind of chinese food which made by sticky rice).Because it has a special meaning that we can get together with our famliy.At that time,we are in UK,so,we can't celebrate this festival but we have friend.We went to a chinese restaurant together.I have a kinds of feeling that I forget something...but what is it ?

On 4:20,ring had broke my sweet dream.I picked up the call.It was Alex .And he said fireman came to our building and sth happened,he told me to go downstair as soon as i can.So,i waked Bin up,and went downstair.We meet two fireman when we open the door.They asked where we have been and why we came out so late.In facts,Bin and I fall asleep at 3:00,and fire warning happend at3:20,we all had deep sleep,so we had missed it.We have smelled a kind of bad smell,but there was no smoke and fire. so,what happend?

Trade justice means to be treated by a fair price,no more unfair tariff.The reason why action of trade justice happened is UK government made poor countries open their markets uo to unfair trade.The action of UK government made underdeveloped countries in the corner,because they only make money by export low products when their technology is developing.Free trade agreement mean that treaty between some countries to set a free trade area where business in good,commodies usually are forced a uniform turiff on teade with non-member countries.

Maybe,it is unfair to born in this world ,our background,surface is different,rich or poverty,handsome or ugly.It can not be decide with our power.But we are in the same world,god give everyone a chance to alive in this world.Why don’t we work hard and make it more beautiful?Trade justice is not relate only one person or country,it is related on everyone and erevy country,I agree with it and would like to join them.Because every country should repectother country’s right whatever how powerful you are.The highest purpose is the same for us that to build a perfact world to live.So trade justice make poverty country can enjoy their right to decide on trade politics that would help end poverty and protect their environment

In this essay,I will define marriage,and biscuss whether marriage should be for life,why people get divorced,draw attention to some examples of people who don’t have successful marriage,and my opinion.

Marrage is a word that describes biggest relationship which has meaning that is bigger than friendship and relatives. Marriage always bring us happyiness more than other things in life.It’s a kind of feeling,between two people,which other emotions can’t replace it.Unfortunately,divorce always happens in our life.

Your parents teach you knowledge about life,your friends help you through trouble, but who can spent his or her life with you?Clearly,your partner.Maybe one of the happienest things is to have a partner for life and until your hair changes black to white.

Moreover,I believe that marriage happens in life is because the reason why god separated life to male and female might be that he wants us to find our other half of life and don’t stay alone.If you are only one person,you can’t be strong as powerful as two people are.

People who have different life style use divorce to end their marrage.For example,one of the couple is tidy,and another is always relaxed of everything.

Another example,likr people were forced into marrage in china.Their parents control their marrage,so,they get divorced.

They should marry again,because have right to find the one they love.

For instances,husband has the responsibility to support family,and then.he put his work in front of his familiy.At that time,their marriage becomes dangerous.

In conclution,getting married more than once is acceptable.Because people make mistake all the times.Maybe you can’t find the correct person at first time. Please don’t feel mad at them,be thankful that they help you find the one you really love.

how to ralex in my age

In facts,listening to the music is the most popular thing.The reason is Mp3 player quiet cheap in our country and download music is for free.If you pay attention to our life, you will find that 80 precent of our spare time whatever other thing is going on.Secondly,Most of us have a football in our home,so when we feel boring,we go outside and play football whatever have a match.Computer is a symbol of this age,something relate to it also attract our attention.For example, computer games,internet etc.Some of us sit in front of computer and never fidget.

Sometimes,people try to spend their spare time alone.One of the reason is they want to make their heart feel peaceful.They don’t do this thing all the time because it will make them feel lonely.We always spend our spare time with a group,it is more interesting.

Today is the 12th day that my computer can not connct internet.I don't know what should i do,because that they told me my computer's wireless is broken but i still can receive signal but can not open pages.I don't know what is the problem ,but i am sure that the equipment of my computer is good.They told me pay 20 pounds for sth which can collect signal,if it don't work they have no idea.what should i do?

New year meal

Big meal haa? I was so excited about cook meal for new years.We have 5 people together to celebrate it. May be the level of our cooking is normal and there are lots of meat of our dinner,but everyone is full.I mean by heart,not by stomach.

Today is the last schoolday at this week,Spring festival is coming this weekends.
