Going to the Market

I go to the market to buy us fresh meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables every other day. The market, which is a medium size one, is a ten minutes' walk from our falt. I like to watch the other shoppers around me. Sometimes I see old friends and stops to talk to them. Sometimes I eat a snack at one of a great many street booths there. Mostly I hope to find a nice sale on a good many items person display on the ground. Due to economic prosperity of the country many families like ours have money to buy small luxuries that the older generation did not see twenty years ago. I usually spends 0.5 hour at the market. Then I comes home to prepare dinner. After a afternoon shopping, I am always in a good mood.

I read an English newspaper for the first time. When I spread it out, I didn't know where to start. All the headlines confused me and the writing style of the articles was very different from that of what we usually read. However, after looking up the new words left and right in the dictionary, I finally made out the meaning more or less.

Summer

It is true that summer is hot, very hot. But the wicked summer sun is nothing to me, for I don't usually go out. What I like to do best during the long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read, but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading.My room maybe small, and the sun maybe hot, but I'm free, I'm happy, I'm really alive!In summer, the weather is hot, the air is humid, and the wind doesn't blow at all. In summer, everything seems tired,except the mosquitos and the flies. They are everywhere. They bring diseases to people. No one likes to walk or work under the summer sun. Because the wicked sun will burn your skin. So the hot summer confines you to your room. Hot weather makes me drowsy and I can't study effectively. I hate summer. I wish it would go away quickly.

Memory:Sports Meeting

I remember the last Sport meeeting.Though the weather wasn't very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.
This time, I was even more excited. Because my friends liu went in for the sports meeting and his item was high jump.
When I got to the field with my friend. I was more excited and nervous than my friend. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat. How high it was！ It was higher than our desks. I couldn't believe my eyes. This was too high for me to jump over. I wasn't nervous at that timewhile I was a bit worry about him.
　It show time . He had a deep breath and then ran towards. In front of the pole, he began to jump. Oh, no！ His right foot hit the pole. “I failed.”It was too painful.I asked him if this was terrible.He only shook his head.
I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places. They were all best in my eye. I was thankful to them for d their best for our class.

I have a dream, I hope the school dining-room can provide us better food. I don’t think you will ask me why, I think we have the same idea! Long long ago, i had a friends miss ku who always have lunch with me.We saw few people buy the beef noodle, so we decided to buy that. Then we went to the counter and bought two bowls. I was very surprised to see that there were only three small pieces of beef in my noodle and five in miss ku. I asked the seller to give us more, but we failed. I asked the seller three times. At last, he gave miss ku two pieces. I promised that I wouldn’t eat beef noodle any more.At that time, I had that dream.
